About the role
This role requires you to live residentially within the Kalgoorlie/Boulder region. You will be a trade qualified fitter who is eager to join our mechanical maintenance department within the processing plant. Prioritising safety and ensuring reliability and availability of the plant equipment is the key priority, whilst conducting scheduled maintenance to support shutdowns.

About you
Working in a collaborative team you will be open to feedback, respect other’s opinions and challenge constructively to build trust and create an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work.

• Be residentially based in Kalgoorlie or willing to relocate permanently.
• 8:6 – 10-hour day roster (Wednesday to Wednesday)
• You will have a trade qualification and class “C” Driver’s Licence
• Uphold a high standard of workmanship, with a strong focus on delivering results.
• Utilise sound problem-solving skills to allow you to ensure asset reliability through maintaining equipment, identifying, reporting and actioning of incidents and hazards.
• Keeping a positive attitude toward safety, increase safety awareness, implement safety training, and set an example for others.
• HRWL that has CN, LF, DG, WP will be highly desirable
• Experience working with Metso Crushers & Warman Pumps looked upon favourably
• Basic computer skills
