Role Details:

Reporting to the Supervisor: Geological Services at Agnew, you will be responsible for assisting the geological services team to facilitate optimum production from the ongoing surface operations, processing both exploration and underground drill core.

This role is offered on 8 days on 6 days off roster and is Fly in Fly out from Perth or Drive in Drive out from the Goldfields region.

About the role:

• Complete all tasks associated with diamond drilling core processing workflow, including quality control of core, correction of errors in core presentation and core block spacing and meter marking of core, RQDs, SG’s.
• Complete all tasks associated with RC Percussion and Air core sample collection and management in line with Agnew QA/QC protocols;
• Other field activities as directed by the Supervisor: Geological Services including site preparation, drill hole pegging, soil sampling, rehabilitation and general field tasks will need to be completed in an effective, timely and safe manner.

About you:

• Current Drivers Licence
• Previous experience in a field services-based role
• High Risk Forklift Ticket essential
• Truck Driving qualifications are desirable
