Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) is currently seeking an experienced Crew Trainer for the mining open pits department at the Fimiston Superpit operation.
This is a residential role on a 7/7 even time roster.
This residential role will be responsible for coordinating and delivering site and area specific training, including on-line and face to face facilitation to ensure personnel are appropriately trained and up skilled to the correct level in order to complete all required tasks of their position in a safe and efficient manner.
The machinery each crew trainer must be qualified to train and pass-out employees on will range from haul trucks, water carts, graders, shovels, dozer, loader and excavator.
This role involves working primarily in an office based environment at KCGM’s Fimiston site on a day roster, however frequent and regular field work and in-field support will be required as part of the role.
