Are you a highly motivated Senior HR Business Partner who is comfortable with the autonomy and responsibility that comes with being the sole HR practitioner for a key mine site, but also thrives in collaborating with a broader People and Capability team to leverage the support and team focus that it brings?
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who can effectively partner with business leaders in delivering a positive and engaging employee experience.
This critical role is a permanent site based position, it is based on a FIFO roster that strikes a good work life balance with a 4 days on (Mon – Thu) and 3 days off roster per week from Perth.
