As a direct result of the continuous success with talent development and future projects, Northern Star Resources are now seeking for a Senior Mining Engineer.
This opportunity is available at our Thunderbox Operations. Whether you are looking for a step up or a seasoned Senior that wants to be a ticket holder, we can accommodate.
This role will be working 8/6 roster, FIFO ex Perth.

Expertise and Accomplishments:
The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in Mining Engineering and a First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (or the ability to acquire it). They will have strong working knowledge in underground hard rock mining, showcasing comprehensive practicality in production, mine planning, and project management. A detailed understanding of various mining methods, including long hole open stoping and pastefill is highly desirable.
