The Perth Mint is looking for a leader in Engineering and Maintenance to join our Coining Division team. The successful candidate will be creative, think strategically, have experience in leading a team forward and motivate them to deliver outcomes.
The role oversees and ensures the safe and efficient management of the maintenance and engineering departments by being responsible for strategy, planning, budget and execution of deliverables. The ability to innovate, lead positive change, plan, inspire and influence people is essential together with your sense of urgency in meeting project deadlines.
