Owned by AngloGold Ashanti Australia Ltd (70% and manager) and Regis Resources Ltd (30%), Tropicana produces approximately 450,000 ounces annually. The Tropicana operation comprises a significant open-pit mine with a 6-year life as well as the newly developed Boston Shaker underground. The Boston Shaker underground has a mine life of 7 years with significant exploration upside being realised with a large brownfields drilling budget to support Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve growth creating an exciting future. We are now seeking a proactive and well organised Trade Assistant to join our Projects and Infrastructure Maintenance team at Tropicana Gold Mine.
Accountable to the Supervisor for Projects and Infrastructure, this role is responsible for completing planned and unplanned scheduled work on non-process infrastructure including the village, administration facilities, warehouses, water services and roads and providing specialist input in ensuring all facilities and infrastructure is fully available. This role is based at Tropicana Gold Mine on a fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) 8/6 roster flying from either Kalgoorlie or Perth.

Candidates with Grano experience, HR or MR license, Electrical Test and Tagging and High-Risk Workers License regarded.
