Trade qualified Electricians wanted for several sites located in the Goldfields.

FIFO, Residential or Relocation packages on offer! 

Underground Electricians report to the Electrical Supervisor, and the primary role is the installation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure within the Operations. 

Promising a long term and fulfilling future, join our esteemed electrical team on an even time roster. 

Here’s what awaits you:

• Up to $80 /hr (annualised salary $175,200) + Super
• Complete monthly schedule compliance work.
• Installation of underground electrical reticulation and infrastructure.
• Installation, maintenance, and breakdown repairs of underground drilling equipment; underground remote systems; underground communication and network systems.
• Maintenance and breakdown repairs of fixed plant electrical infrastructure, dewatering infrastructure and telemetry.
• Attend daily pre-start meeting to ensure effectiveness communication and handovers between crews with regards to electrical maintenance plans and issues; and liaising closely with Electrical Supervisor and other key Stakeholders.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Experience:

• Computer literacy – Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices
• Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations

Qualifications:

• Current “A” Grade Western Australian Electrical Licence
• Current “C” Class Western Australian Driver’s Licence
• High Voltage switching ticket (desirable)
• Nationally recognized Working at Heights competency (desirable)
• High Risk Work Licence (desirable)
