Northern Star has an exciting opportunity for a Growth Geologist to join our team at the Kanowna Belle Operations. You will apply your analytical and technical skills to interpret geological data, recognise key features, and contribute to the success of our innovative geology projects. This role offers a dynamic and fulfilling environment that encourages continuous growth and achievement. The position, based in Kalgoorlie, follows a family-friendly 8:6 roster with 12-hour days, ensuring you can be home every night!

Key responsibilities will include:

• Utilise your analytical and technical expertise to accurately assess and interpret geological data from core samples.
• Supervise drilling contractors and provide expert guidance to maximise project efficiency and discovery.
• Be the gatekeeper of our geological data, ensuring that all drilling results, core logging, and laboratory analysis are accurate and reliable.
• Possess a fundamental understanding of geology and its processes, with a strong grasp on rock types and mineralogy.
• Ability to analyse and interpret geological data effectively using advanced software and tools to unlock the secrets hidden beneath the surface.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and collaborate with people from different backgrounds and disciplines.
