The Gold Fields Australia Graduate Program offers tailored mentoring and role specific training to help you succeed. This is a two year or three your program, depending on your field of study.

We are seeking applications from passionate and motivated candidates keen to commence their career as a Graduate with Gold Fields. We are flexible in considering various fields of study but are seeking at minimum, completion of a Bachelor’s Degree. This role will be offered on 8 days on, 6 days off fly in fly out roster from Perth, working on our mine sites.

To be considered for the role:

  • You must identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person

  • You will be due to complete your Tertiary Qualification by the end of 2024, or have already graduated in the last two years

  • We are flexible to consider various fields of study but some key areas of interest for our business include; Mining and Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, Health, Science, Environment, or Finance

  • You will have a C Class Manual Driver’s License, or the ability to obtain one

  • Prior mine site experience as a vacation student is not essential but highly regarded

  • All applicants will be required to submit a copy of their Academic Transcript
