About the role
The Business Partner – People & Culture, is responsible for providing professional human resources advice and assistance to the site P&C Superintendent, other departmental managers and all site employees. The main function of the position is to coordinate and support the implementation of site and Group P&C projects/initiatives and assist the team with the efficient and effective delivery of routine HR operational services to various departments. This role is to recruit for an existing vacancy.
The position will be on an 5/2/4/3 (9.5 – hour day) roster and will be based residentially in Red Lake, Ontario.
We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure and future growth. The compensation range for this role is $78,000 to $104,000 annually.

About you
As a Business Partner – People & Culture, you will hold a recognised tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Law, Business, or a related discipline. Membership of CHRP, or eligibility for professional membership, will be regarded. A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
