The Opportunity:

Join us at an exciting time of transformation as we move to a streamlined, function-led operating model. As Coordinator ICT, you’ll play a key role in shaping how IT services are delivered on site; driving consistency, improving performance, and embedding best-practice service management.

 

Working within a small team, you’ll also bring a hands-on approach, stepping in when needed to support systems, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.

 

This role is being offered on a 4:3/8:6 roster FIFO from Perth or residential for Kalgoorlie/Kambalda residents.

 

Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles.

 

Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate end-to-end ICT service delivery, including incident, problem, and change management to ensure minimal disruption to operations
  • Manage deployment of ICT changes in a controlled and risk-aware manner across systems and infrastructure
  • Oversee service performance and availability, ensuring alignment with SLAs and operational requirements
  • Maintain resilient ICT environments, including disaster recovery and business continuity readiness
  • Lead end-user support and service request fulfilment, ensuring timely resolution and a strong user experience
  • Supervise ICT vendors and outsourced partners, ensuring service quality and alignment to site needs

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; ITIL certification preferred
  • Experience leading or guiding small teams and vendors to deliver reliable ICT services
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM (ITIL), including incident, problem, change, and SLA management
  • Ability to coordinate ICT projects and initiatives to successful outcomes
  • A growth mindset, with strong communication, stakeholder relationship-building skills.
