In Australia we own and manage the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine, and the Tropicana Gold Mine (70% AGA owned 30% Regis Resources). These are two of Western Australia’s premier gold operations, with ongoing investment and exploration taking place across both open pit and underground operations at each site.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Superintendent : Finance to join our site based team on a 4 days on/3 days off roster at Tropicana Gold Mine.
This is an Operations-Aligned Finance Support role where you will act as a trusted financial business partner to guide, support, and elevate the mines operations.
This role reports to the Vice President – Finance Australia and also is responsible for supporting the General Manager, the site management team and the wider operational function with financial guidance and reports into VP Finance who is Perth based.
Role Purpose:
To deliver reliable, timely and accurate financial support to site operations by coordinating reporting, maintaining data integrity, and applying standard management accounting processes. The role works closely with operational teams to monitor costs, analyse variances, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial policies and controls. It contributes to effective decision-making through consistent reporting and basic financial insights, while maintaining efficient finance processes and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
