About the role
The Senior Advisor – People & Culture providing a high level of professional human resources advice and assistance to the site P&C leadership (Superintendent and Manager) and other departmental managers. The main function of the position is to coordinate the efficient and effective delivery of routine HR operational services and ad-hoc requirements, while also leading the implementation of site and Group P&C initiatives.
The position will be on a 5 days on / 2 days off / 4 days on / 3 days off roster and will be based residentially in Red Lake, Ontario (NO FIFO/NO CAMP). We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure and future growth. The compensation range for this position is $130,000 – $150,000 CAD.

About you
As a Senior Advisor – People & Culture, you will ideally have at minimum a College Diploma related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or other related fields. CHRP/CHRL designation is not required but is considered desirable.
