How You’ll Make an Impact
Collaborating with the Unit Manager: Underground Mining, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all facets of the underground operations to meet all safety, production, and cost targets, whilst ensuring that all mining and planning activities support and are driven by the short, medium and long term needs of the mine and fully aligned with the strategic goals and objectives of the business unit.
This role is offered 8 days on 6 days off roster, FIFO from Perth or residential in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie. Designated transportation is provided to and from the site for residential candidates, and relocation assistance will be offered to the successful candidate if required.

What You Bring?
We are seeking an experienced senior leader, as well as for you to hold a WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency in WA. Your background includes an underground mining environment with experience in large scale mechanised, long-hole stoping, as well as a strong capability in contractor management and business partner engagement.
A Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) will complement your practical experience, and you will have a proven record of leading high-performing teams, driving safety, and consistently delivering operational excellence.
