Rox Resources Limited (ASX: RXL) is transitioning from explorer to producer and our Youanmi Gold Project is gaining attention as one of Western Australia’s emerging high-grade gold developments.

The Project is advancing rapidly following completion of our Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), successful equity funding and first underground portal fired in late 2025. We have recently secured $350 million in committed debt facilities and Youanmi is now fully funded through to production, with first gold to be poured in mid?2027.

As we progress into the construction phase, we’re expanding our team with people who are driven to help build a high?potential gold operation and make a meaningful impact.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join our Survey Team in this site?based FIFO continuous day roster to our Youanmi Gold Project, located approximately 480 km northeast of Perth, Western Australia.

Reporting to the Survey Superintendent, you will gain hands exposure to mine surveying tasks, spatial data capture, and operational field support while developing technical competence and supporting delivery of surveying services across the Youanmi Gold Project.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with daily surveying tasks, including pickups, mark?ups and spatial data collection.
  • Maintain survey equipment and prepare correct field setups under guidance.
  • Process survey data to produce plans, surfaces and spatial models.
  • Support maintenance of survey control networks, benchmarks and spatial databases.
  • Conduct field checks to validate designs and confirm infrastructure accuracy.
  • Assist with accurate spatial set?out for drill and blast activities.
  • Deliver timely survey inputs to support operational planning and decision?making.
  • Complete fast turn?around survey tasks to maintain mining continuity.
  • Prepare data handovers, files and updates for production teams.

About You

  • Degree qualification in Surveying, Geomatics or related discipline (or nearing completion).
  • Basic understanding of surveying principles and spatial data.
  • Familiarity with survey instruments including total stations and GNSS/GPS.
  • Interest in learning mine survey software (e.g., Surpac, Deswik, Vulcan).

Desirable

  • Experience with UAV/drone?based survey methods.
  • Exposure to GIS or 3D modelling packages.
