The Opportunity:

Join us at an exciting time of transformation as we move to a streamlined, function-led operating model. As the Coordinator ICT, you’ll play a key role in shaping how IT services are delivered at our Perth Head Office; driving consistency, improving performance, and embedding best-practice service management. 

Leading a small team, you’ll also bring a hands-on approach, stepping in when needed to support systems, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end ICT service delivery, including incident, problem, and change management to ensure minimal disruption to operations
• Manage deployment of ICT changes in a controlled and risk-aware manner across systems and infrastructure
• Oversee service performance and availability, ensuring alignment with SLAs and operational requirements
• Maintain resilient ICT environments, including disaster recovery and business continuity readiness
• Lead end-user support and service request fulfilment, ensuring timely resolution and a strong user experience
• Supervise ICT vendors and outsourced partners, ensuring service quality and alignment to site needs
• Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; ITIL certification preferred
• Experience leading or guiding small teams and vendors to deliver reliable ICT services
• Strong knowledge of ITSM (ITIL), including incident, problem, change, and SLA management
• Ability to coordinate ICT projects and initiatives to successful outcomes
• A growth mindset, with strong communication, stakeholder relationship-building skills.
