About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Pitram Administrator to support underground operations at Ernest Henry by maintaining system accuracy, reliability and performance.

This role focuses on Pitram system administration, data integrity and continuous improvement, working behind the scenes to ensure production data is captured and used effectively across site. You’ll work closely with operators, engineers and operational leaders to improve reporting, support system upgrades and optimise mine control processes.

It’s a hands?on, improvement?focused role within a small specialist team, suited to someone who enjoys working with systems and operational data in a mining environment.

This role is on a 15/13 roster, with 12 hour days.

What you’ll be doing

• Administer and maintain the Pitram system, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
• Manage backend configuration, data validation and system corrections
• Support and deliver system improvements and upgrades, including mobile data capture
• Provide frontline system support and troubleshooting when required
• Deliver Pitram Operator coverage as needed
• Train and support Pitram operators on processes and system changes.

About you

You’re systems?focused, detail?oriented and comfortable working in a technical, operational environment.

You bring strong experience with Pitram systems and production data, and you enjoy improving how data is captured and used across an operation. You’re confident interacting with a wide range of stakeholders and can balance system work with frontline operational support when needed.

Ideally, you’ll also bring:

• Demonstrated Pitram administration experience
• Exposure to mining production environments and data workflows
• Experience with Micromine, Event Editor or mine control systems
• Strong computer literacy and backend systems capability
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in high?pressure situations.
