As our Principal – Integrated Planning, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting strategy with execution across the entire business. This is a highly influential position that brings together mining, processing, geology, maintenance and commercial functions to ensure our plans are aligned, achievable and focused on delivering long term value.

Working a family-friendly 5:2/4:3 roster at our Cowal Gold Operations in NSW, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to site wide decision making, work closely with senior leaders and help shape the future direction of the operation. This role offers broad exposure across the business and a genuine pathway into future leadership opportunities.

Reporting to the Manager – Integrated Planning, you’ll:

• Drive alignment between Life of Mine, Budget and Short-Range Forecast planning cycles.
• Identify risks, constraints and opportunities that influence business performance
• Partner with leaders across mining, processing, geology, maintenance and commercial teams to optimise outcomes.
• Influence strategic and operational decisions through insight, analysis and planning expertise.
• Help establish planning standards, governance and business wide alignment to support future growth.

Does this sound like you?

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Strong business planning, operational planning, commercial, business improvement or analytical experience.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• The ability to influence outcomes across multiple disciplines without direct authority.
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and business modelling skills.
• Experience within mining, resources, heavy industry or similarly complex operational environments will be highly regarded.
