Rox Resources Limited (ASX: RXL) is transitioning from explorer to producer and our Youanmi Gold Project is gaining attention as one of Western Australia’s emerging high-grade gold developments.

The Project is advancing rapidly following completion of our Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), successful equity funding and first underground portal fired in late 2025. Youanmi is fully funded through to production, with first gold to be poured in mid?2027.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Processing Manager to lead the commissioning and operation of the processing plant at the Youanmi Gold Project.

Reporting to the General Manager – Operations, this site?based role is responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of processing operations, spanning plant construction, commissioning and transition into steady?state production.

This is a unique leadership opportunity on a genuinely innovative project with the potential to reshape the industry. The processing plant will incorporate crushing, grinding, flotation, ultra?fine grinding, oxidation and leaching, with a standout feature being the commissioning and operation of the Albion Process™ circuit. This marks the first application of this globally proven technology in Australian gold processing, offering a rare chance to play a pivotal role in its local introduction.

The role also carries accountability for operating in accordance with statutory and Company standards and includes the responsibility of Alternate Site Senior Executive.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strong operational and technical leadership during processing plant construction, commissioning and handover to operations to ensure the plant is delivered in line with design intent
• Act as owner’s representative for processing, ensuring operational readiness is embedded in project delivery
• Lead the commissioning, start?up and ramp?up of the Albion Process™ circuit, a first?of?its?kind application in Australia
• Manage day?to?day processing operations post?commissioning, ensuring production, recovery and cost objectives are met
• Oversee plant performance, asset stewardship and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare and manage operating plans, budgets and capital expenditure proposals
• Develop and manage metallurgical accounting and reporting systems
• Lead, develop and coach the processing workforce, promoting a strong safety and performance culture
• Ensure compliance with all WHS, environmental, statutory and regulatory requirements

About You

Essential:

• Tertiary qualification in Metallurgy or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in mineral processing operations including plant commissioning and optimisation
• Proven leadership experience in a processing or metallurgical environment
• Strong understanding of safety, critical risk management and WHS legislation
• Experience supporting processing plant construction, commissioning and operational handover
• Proficiency with processing control systems (e.g. Citect or similar)
• Valid Western Australian C?Class Driver’s Licence

Highly Regarded:

• Postgraduate qualification in Metallurgy
• Senior First Aid and/or Mental Health First Aid accreditation
• Experience in gold processing operations, with exposure to sulphide flotation preferred
