We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Paste Fill Engineer to join our Technical Services team at our Kalgoorlie Operations. This residential or FIFO role in Kalgoorlie-Boulder operates on a 4:3 roster, 12-hour shifts, offering the perfect balance between career progression and lifestyle. What we’re looking for:
Experience: Experience with mine design software – Deswik, with the ability to interpret and apply mining plans effectively. Hands-on underground production experience in a mechanised hard-rock underground mine (planning experience desirable but not essential). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset. Flexibility and adaptability to evolving industry standards, regulations, and best practices, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications: Tertiary Qualifications in Mining Engineering. Current “C” Class Western Australian Driver’s Licence (Manual). Desirable: St Johns Senior First Aid certification and familiarity with the Work Health & Safety Act and Regulations.
