The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager Environment, you’ll lead and support a team of environmental professionals while partnering with operational leaders across St Ives Gold Mine.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced environmental professional looking to broaden their leadership capability and influence site-wide environmental performance.
You’ll drive environmental compliance, rehabilitation and strategic initiatives while developing people, improving systems, and creating lasting environmental outcomes across multiple underground and open pit operations.
Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles.
Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.
