Townsville has plenty of events all year round to keep you busy, including hosting the Goovin’ The Moo music festival.

Life Festival (7-10 April): Life Festival is a free event for the whole family running for three days and features guest speakers, live music, local art and interactive children’s areas.

Sealink Magnetic Island Race Week (29 August-2 September): With top notch racing, live bands and partying galore, the shore side program of this annual regatta is sure to leave you wanting more year after year.

Ingham Maraka Festival (October): Featuring steam train rides, a cocktail night, TRYathlon, dinner dance, afternoon tea, pet parade and a float procession.
