About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional P&C role sitting on the sidelines.
As a Business Partner – People & Culture at Ernest Henry, you will be embedded on site, working side-by-side with leaders to navigate complex people matters, lift capability and influence real outcomes.
You will provide practical, balanced and commercially sound advice, with a strong focus on employee relations and workplace investigations. You’ll be confident stepping into challenging situations, assessing risk, and leading thorough investigations.

You’re a confident and grounded P&C professional who thrives in an operational environment and is comfortable working where decisions matter.
You bring strong experience in employee relations and workplace investigations, with the ability to assess situations objectively, ask the right questions, and navigate complexity with sound judgement, all while maintaining trust and credibility with both leaders and employees.

This roster is 8/6 and is a 12-hour day.
