Skills & Qualifications

  • Hold a Current Manual Drivers License and a Qualification in IT, Communications, and/or Instrumentation (essential)
  • Demonstrated mining experience in radio communications, telemetry networks, and maintenance
  • Extensive knowledge of communications technologies and equipment
  • Hold a Senior First Aid, EWP, Forklift, and Working at Heights (desirable)

 

 

About the Role
• Conducting preventative maintenance through scheduled inspections, servicing, adjustments, troubleshooting, and timely repair of communication and telemetry equipment
• Providing reliable and accurate technical expertise across RF radio, fibre optic, coaxial data, and telemetry networks
• Maintaining a strong working knowledge of all task instructions and procedures, ensuring consistent adherence during maintenance activities
• Supporting and executing the communications plan for Agnew
• Completing all administrative requirements associated with maintenance duties
• Demonstrating full compliance with OHS and Environmental Management System standards
