Underground Project Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced UG Project Superintendent to lead the safe, disciplined, and effective delivery of high-value underground capital projects. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution from design through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with required safety, quality, technical, and operational standards.
The role will establish and maintain practical project delivery processes, monitor progress and workmanship in the field, identify schedule risks, and implement recovery plans where delays or constraints arise. The UG Project Superintendent will work closely with operations teams, project engineers, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to maintain alignment across the underground capital portfolio.
