The Opportunity:

As the Team Lead – Site Administrator, you will lead, coordinate, and enhance the administration services that underpin Gruyere’s operational performance. You’ll guide a small, capable admin team, streamline systems, ensure compliance, and partner with multiple site stakeholders to keep the operation running smoothly.

This is a dynamic leadership position offering scope, influence, and the opportunity to make your mark at our close-knit Gruyere Gold Mine.

About the Role:

• Lead, mentor, and support the site administration team to ensure high performance
• Provide a broad range of administration and operational support services to Gruyere
• Manage and resolve complex enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely outcomes
• Coordinate and maintain administrative systems, records, and documentation
• Improve office processes, procedures, and workflows to drive site efficiency

Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience coordinating workflows, prioritising tasks, and guiding others
• Solid proficiency in administrative systems and MS Office
• Background in a mining or resources operational environment
• A Cert II in Business Admin highly regarded
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
