The Paddington mining and exploration tenement package covers an area of 678 km². It is 100% owned and operated Zijin Mining and is centered around the Paddington Mill located 35 km north-west of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

Norton Gold Fields is seeking an experienced Underground Charge Up Operator for their Bullant Operations. Working as a valuable member of the underground mining crew you will be responsible for Safely charging and firing development and production drill holes according to mine blasting plans and to achieve development and ore production targets. The work of Underground Charge Up Operators encompasses health and safety tasks, development and production down-hole and up-hole charging, detonator installing, firing and conducting re-entries.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Current unrestricted “C” Class West Australian manual drivers licence
• Current West Australian Shot-firing licence.
• Current West Australian DGSC.
• Current Work Safely at Heights certificate.
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge of underground equipment.
