A graduate is a fixed-term, entry-level position offered by mining companies to University or TAFE graduates (typically those who have graduated in the last few years), for one to two years, and is designed to ease the process of going from full-time study into the workforce.

Following completion of a Graduate Program, companies may transition graduates to fill permanent positions, as they bring with them an already strong understanding of the business and its workplace culture, with a broad range of experience across the organisation, and a demonstrated commitment to its values.

Complete your hard-earned studies with real-world experience and kick-start your career in gold.
